The brand develops around the story of Blue - a monkey with astonishing barista skills that travels from Jamaica to Liverpool and opens its own coffee shop. The special bean blend in the coffee house is inspired by the taste of The Blue Mountain Coffee.

This is a family-owned coffee house in Crosby. I started by doing a series of illustrations that represent each chapter of Blue’s story and created engaging social media content that helped the place gain followers and popularity before opening. The quick sketches also became a major part of their identity and were used as part of their full collateral and interior. The brand was made to appeal to families looking for an indulgent treat.
